돌 절단기(Stonecutter)는 돌 관련 아이템을 제작하는데 사용되는 블록[자바 Edition 전용]이지만, 베드락/닌텐도 뉴 3DS 에디션에서는 사용되지 않고 장식용으로만 사용될 수 있다.

돌 절단기는 크리에이티브 보관함에서만 얻을 수 있다.
베드락 에디션
돌 절단기는 크리에이티브 모드에서만 사용할 수 있다. 서바이벌 모드에서는 현재 획득할 수 없으며, 포켓 에디션 알파 0.13.0 이전에만 존재하였다. 현재는 장식용으로만 사용된다.
사용
돌 절단기는 대부분의 돌 관련 블록을 제작할 때, 제작대 대신 사용할 수 있다. 모든 제작법이 하나의 재료만 필요하기 때문이다. [자바 Edition 전용]
